JR Greenpark, First township by JR Housing near E-City

Challenges: The project back then was looked at as an investment destination, with 2 lane Bangalore-Hosur road and narrow Chandapura-Anekal main road. Commute from Silkboard without Electronic City flyover was an arduous task. However at the same time period, Karnataka Housing Board's Suryanagar Phase-1's 263 acre land acquisition was completed and the area was set to witness a mega government township just 1 km before JR Greenpark. M.D Sri.S.Jagadeeswara Reddy had ensured meticulous planning of the township to offer better specification, amenities and aesthatics without compromising on wider roads and green spaces. Initial phases of the township primarily offered only 40'x60', 40'x70' and 50'x80' plot dimensions while the smaller dimension plots were added in the recent past to ensure better occupancy within the township.

Design philosopy of JR Greenpark: History tells that right decisions taken at the right time by the right people, changes the future for good. That's exactly what happened at JR Greenpark. Grand security entrance with 60ft wide main road, over head water tank, central landscaped gardens with jogging track & relaxation hut along with a beautiful fish pond park and Gulmohar trees along the main road worked magic for this township. First phase was only spread over an extent of 10 acres that was developed in the year 2004. Plots were priced between Rs.110/Sft and Rs.150/Sft. The idea of building a sports centric luxuru club facility took fruition in the year 2009, once again a brain child of our M.D took shape as 'Gulmohar' few years later. The project is naturally secure and has been built as per Vaastu principles. A 30 acre water body is located on the northern side bounded by putting golf and green buffer, Bangalore-Salem railway track with sufficient green buffer to the eastern side, 100ft wide Chandapura-Anekal Main road to the western side and 60ft wide Marasur village road to the southern side, which makes the project secure naturally as it becomes completely gated and doesn't need to have public tresspassing through the project. In lasts 18 years, the plots have appreciated well over 30 times and the present market value is around Rs.5000/Sft.

JR Greenpark is spread over 83 acres, a flagship township developed by the company started in 2004 as a 10 acre plotted project and later transformed into an 83 acre community with beautiful homes, 12 years thereafter in 2016.
