He has been instrumental in setting many bench marks in the industry including development of 150 ft main roads in BMRDA approved residential layouts. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry he brings a wealth of knowledge and is the main guiding force behind the company. He is also the vice president of the Karnataka Land developers Association (KLDA)

Mr. K. Varun Vardhan Reddy - Director

Mr. K. Varun Vardhan Reddy received his MS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio in 2006 and was the co-founder of a MEMS startup company where he was instrumental in raising over 37 million USD in Venture Capital and was managing the manufacturing operations of the company spread over three factories in Europe and Asia. After his vesting period with the company in the US he has returned to India and started J R Urban Infracon and is striving to provide best in class residential infrastructure.

Mrs. Srilekha Singasani - Director

Mrs. Srilekha Singasani received her MS in Human resources from University of Surrey in the UK in 2007. She then joined J R Housing Developers Pvt. Ltd. as HR and Finance manager and has been with the company until 2011. She then went on to do a course in Interior design at Suffolk University located in Boston, Massachusetts. Drawing on her creative background she infuses her energies into the creative interior spaces created by the company and also manages the HR and Finance operations of the company.
