With over 30 years of experience in the field of realestate, land development and construction, he was instrumental in setting many benchmarks in the industry. After his B.E in Computer Science, he worked as a Software engineer for few years at Hewlett Packard before joining the family business in November 2007 to strengthen it's Marketing & Sales division. Started JR Infra Engineering in the year 2011 to provide Villa construction services to company's clientele. He has been instrumental in building company's first flagship lifestyle villa project - JR Greenwich, next to Wipro on Sarjapur road. He now plays a key role in land acquisitions, project planning & approvals, township development, marketing, sales, CRM and project maintenance.

❝I am a villa owner at JR Greenwich JR Greenwich is a wonderful community in Bangalore. Let me explain why. JR Housing did a wonderful job in building something that can showcase for ever. Well planned layout with a lot of amenities, sports and recreation facilities - they are all really awesome. Community: A very vibrant young community from various parts of India, bringing a true mix of all culture from the country to a single place. All maintenance, security and safety measures are quickly attended within the community and supported by almost everyone. Location: It is the second plot from the Bangalore - Sarjapur Main road but the first one is too big! JR Greenwich is just behind the large Wipro campus, with a very wide road leading to the villas.❞

❝We purchased a home in one of their societies on Sarjapur Road. Right from the beginning the staff has been very supportive. Niranjan Ji himself provides his time and is always available for any concerns. There paperwork is well in place and they are very keen to provide any additional documents which were asked by independent lawyer. Later also JR team ensures that all registration, mutation etc. is done properly, we didn't have to spend more than 2 hours in total for all of this. Niranjan ji is helpful - we had many changes in our plan (first house) but he heard them all patiently and worked with the architects to bake that in (some 4-5 revisions). Overall great experience, will recommend.❞

It was love at first sight! JR Urbania is a beautifully carved out area in the midst of Karnataka Housing Board Phases. Well planned internal road and accessibility to Chandapur - Anekal road via 150 ft roads were a few of the attractions for me.
